HOW ABOUT.....A "Chocolate Desire" cake !

Chocolate Desire Cake Recipe

Preheat oven to 350*

Combine dry ingredients mix and add wet ingredients. "ADD HOT WATER LAST" !

CAKE BATTER

2 CUPS FLOUR

1/2 TSP SALT

1 1/2 BAKING POWDER

2 TSP BAKING SODA

2 CUPS SUGAR

16 TBSPS COCOA

1 TSP VANILLA

2 EGGS

2 CUPS HOT WATER FROM TAP

1 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL

  Mix all dry ingredients together first.

Add the eggs and oil next ,mix till smooth then add the rest of

 the ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes.

 Pour into desired baking pans.

Bake on 350* about 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Mix will be very thin.DO NOT check cake for about 30 minutes ( so you don't disturb the batter and cause it to fall.

THEN..... frost with your favorite Frosting ! Or use one of my homade ones !
