Heating Instructions

The heatpacs are great for many things from sore muscles to a headache.Use one in the winter in your car to warm yourself or use one to soothe your stressed mind and body.If you are breast feeding you may find the heatpacs very useful. The heatpacs are very comforting so take one to bed and melt right off to sleep, they are great as bed warmers !.Once you use my Comfy Cozy heatpacs you will want to keep using them. The heatpac also doubles as a coolpac ! That’s right you can freeze them too ! Children love them BUT YOU MUST EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN CHILDREN USE THEM ,THEIR SKIN IS MORE SENSITIVE TO HEAT AND COLD.So when letting a child use my heatpac please DO NOT heat as long as you would for an adult, only slightly heat them for the child so that they are just barely warm.

Heating instructions:
Make sure to position cornbag so that the corn heats evenly in the microwave oven. When heating for use on adults who are awake, alert, and have a normal sense of feeling, and are capable of moving the bags, do not heat more than 2 minutes(heating time may vary depending on microwave oven ,ALWAYS TAKE CARE NOT TO OVERHEAT).  If an adult is not capable of repositioning or moving the bag off themselves, or if they have poor circulation

or poor sense of feeling (as many diabetics do), don't heat more than a minute and a half, or they could be burned.  The bag stays warm for an hour or two AND SOMETIMES LONGER .  When reheating a bag that isn't completely cooled, only reheat for one minute. Depending on the heatpacs size, heating time will vary a little, you will need to experiment to see how long to heat it.  Do not use on infants. After heating you can place your heatpac in a ziploc baggie and then put inside a pillowcase to keep it clean. And always follow instructions sent with your heatpac.
